I cannot recommend Casa Progreso and Maurice enough. The apartment is ready for long term stay (6 weeks in our case). Its not your average booking/airbnb. You can actually live there, work remotely and have a good time. Its quiet, very spacious, internet is fast and stable, AC+ceiling fans are more than enough even for hottest days, fridge is big, kitchen is fully equipped. 100m to the beach with warm water makes it even sweeter. Nice bonus for a cat that will visit you and make your stay scratchy. Maurice is very helpful and friendly, knows people around so you wont get stuck on anything for long (ie. renting a car). Best value for money accomodation ive ever experienced.

We were staying in casa Progreso for one month and are very pleased with our choice. The owner of the place is very welcoming person and always willing to help in any matter. Property is very well located near the beach, stores, and entertainment.
Apartment has everything you may need for the long- or short-time renting. Highly recommended place to stay!
Great accommodations. Location, cleanliness, super Host. Cannot go wrong staying in this apartment. Not for more than 2 people. I enjoyed my stay. Pictures are true to the apartment completely!!!

Two blocks from the beach and 15 minutes to downtown Progreso.

Utility room with washer/dryer. Fully filtered pool and patio. Everything you need for a wonderful your stay. You host lives next door and is happy to help you in any way they can.
The rental includes; Internet, Amazon Prime, Netfixcs, Youtube, Spotify etc.
Gas and bottled water.
El condominio está completamente equipado, la cocina está completamente equipada con estufa de gas, microondas, tostadora, horno tostador, freidora de aire, etc. El condominio tiene 2 habitaciones King size con baños en suite. Lavadero con lavadora/secadora. Piscina y patio totalmente filtrada. Todo lo necesario para una estancia maravillosa. Tu anfitrión vive al lado y está feliz de ayudarte en todo lo que pueda.
